Well, its a bit like the 'how longs a peice of string' question; but as a starter I would think that what looks immediately wrong is usually wrong. My advice is to spend some time comparing various tugs to get a feel for how one would be represented.
I know from a book I have on tugboats of new york at the turn of the centry had very tall stacks

Sure, but its also proportional; yours is a much shorter hull; anyway, why not just reduce the funnel...Please Hang On, I've just seen your photo's, so why are you asking advice? I have to go now and take my medicine; if I don't I revert to my non human form.
