Both of the cruisers stayed in the navy, and where ferther used as flagships, and gained some modernification.
In 1976 a large rebuild was started to be done to De Ruyter C801, and in 1978 the one for C802 Zeven Provincien started (will make it when i come back from hospital)

De ruyter showed this:
Armament:
3x Bofors 152 mm
4x Goalkeeper ciws
1x Masurca missile system with 48 missiles
2x armored tomahawk box launcher (4 tomahawk per box)
8x Exocet MM38 launcher
2x sea sparrow missile box
Plus the whole inner side is being refurbished.
All the crew rooms are redone with new beds, new closeth's.
The radar rooms are refilled with new cabinets because of new radars. And also new wires and similar stuff.
The ship is to be planned for active service till 1990-2000 (40-50 year duty)

Zeven Provincien this:
2x Bofors 152mm
4x Goalkeeper ciws
2x armored tomahawk box launcher (4 tomahawk per box)
8x Exocet MM38 launcher
2x sea sparrow missile box
2x Large Helicopters
(Yes a helideck fitted instead of the Talos being replaced by some other system)

The concept that the Dutch would ever get Tomhawks and ABLs in the 70's or 80's is laughable.

The Tomahawk early on had a major nuclear roll, and the only other nation to receive them were the Brits.

This ignores the sillyness of the rework you've done on the aft end. You are much more likely to get an upgrade to the SM-1 or even a command Guidance system then you are to replace the Mk-10 with a twin six inch mount and Masurca. The Sea Sparrow mount miship seems out of place as well.
