Okay, shadings is out of whack (too dark, IIRC) on the sloped sections of the hull. Three shafts is also kinda weird on a modern combatant and the vessel doesn't appear to carry a sonar of any variety.

Other than that it seems to be a reasonable and fairly well balanced design for a first shot at a 'proper' naval vessel.

When this 140 meter long hull is a high-speed hull so the sonar is built in the hull, guess where!

A few points. I'd straighten out the side of the hangar. The big dent you have now gives you no advantage regarding RCS and steals a lot of space in your hangar. Similarly, I'd cover your RHIB position.
Also, your sonar needs a "window" to look out of.
Lastly, you could easily get rid of one or two thrusters. This ship is meant for sailing the waves, not playing around in the harbour.
It's well worth it to loose all the associated maintenance jobs and weight.

Now give the stern the same treatment as the bow, so you get a larger heli deck and move the RHIB to where you had it before and you'll be set.
