Looks good, a very interesting what-if.
You probably don't need any 25mm at all in this era.

I thought Jean Bart was completed substantially before 1955, but I see the completion year is the same. Withdrawn.

exacxtly.

which is why I specified 1955, the year Jean Bart was in reality completed, as Alsace's also completed year since all of the AA suite was taken from Jean Bart and applied to the Alsace hull.

I see you have removed most of the 25mm David, only 3 left, 2 beside B turret overhead and near central 57mm starboard side on the overhead.
