Yes 1143M, your drawing seems to be a factible design, with neat lines. Well done! May I ask you if you can raise one deck the placement of the radar surfaces? The radar is rather low (almost in the superstrcture) and in a higher emplacement the range will be longer. But your design is nice, even with the radar aerials in its actual place!

Considering the center of gravity of the ship，the radar can't be higher
