Specs
Length: 20-30m
Beam: 5-8m
Draft: 1-3m
Armament Reqs: Everything must be enclosed
Everything vital must be reachable from inside the ship

The intended purpose of the ship is NOT to engage hostile ships. This is a post apocalyptic AU, and the ship is intended to patrol canals, eliminate monstrous creatures on the shore, and to protect merchant boats from said creatures.

I'm in too, I must mention you said year was 2017 and tech available was predominantly soviet block, you also mentioned ice-breaking as desirable, can you confirm this?

Given the limitations SpringSharp has I doubt the report is worth anything
