That bridge superstructure looks like a 21st century version of the WWII IJN Takao-class. Guess that's just the IJN buff in me. :D Great work thus far...can't wait to see her finished!

You mean tall, thick is something totally different.

I would lift the forward part of the hull 1 deck higher, just like they do on many American destroyers before AB

you mean a raised forecastle? I haven't seen those on US navy destroyers since WW2, IIRC......

So work is coming along nicely, don't have a new image yet but I'm getting close to getting the details done for the side-view. Quick question, does any one now of any good examples of ships with top down views?

So still working on it. just had to spend a few months overseas for work. going to try and get the flight II done today.
