Anti slip looks a bit to nasty, it is actually posted to see what peeps think.
A do or no do?
Or should i take it a step lower on the grain?

Given the scale we're working at, having anti skid surfacing drawn like that would just look odd, since you wouldn't have a chance of seeing it IRL at that distance.

I only saw it once. From the highest point from an lpd. To the lower decks. And i could see it. But it depends on how much meters between you and the drawing must be in sb...

I don't know what the scale works out to, but we're talking 1:350 at least If I'm not mistaken.

Bear with me for a moment:

Shipbucket scale is 2 pixels per foot.

Standard pixel density is about 72 to 96 DPI.

This means that an inch in Shipbucket scale is 36-48 feet.

This means that a foot in Shipbucket scale is 432 to 648 feet.

So a scale of 1:430-650 is a good round spec.

No i didnt talk about the scale.
But what should be the set distance for the person looking at the top view.
Wich height?
Because then i know what texture can be done....

I would say nice try, but best to stick with just a plain dark gray. Or maybe mix some slightly less dark gray in between, but this contrast is way to big.
