This is quite an interesting thread. I like the way Golly matches the weapons with their FCS systems, as Soviet cold war systems tend to be pretty specialized as far as weapons/FCS. |

Golly, for some reason your AK-726 in particular just blows my mind. An exemplar of how the state of the Shipbucket art has advanced over the years. |

As a small complement to all that has been done here: I have started working on these a while ago, and while the Kashtan has improved a lot recently, I noticed that the current versions of the Palma/Palash were still lagging behind. Since I have harmonized the complete series, I post that here in case it might be useful to someone: Obviously the Pantsir is provisional, as I worked from the available renderings and applied a measure of common-sense guesswork to adapt it to the existing versions. If the different versions and their history are unclear (as well they may be), I can only recommend the two posts by user Triode in this C-MANO forum thread for explanations. |
