In his defense there's nothing that strictly violates the rules of ship construction.

If someone rich enough wants to build a vessel along those lines they can, I suppose. Mostly it was the now-deleted armor belt that posed structural problems.

Before you think of adding anything, make the damn thing into a graceful yacht and not a Frankenstein monster of a battleship and a sailing vessel.

If you don't take our suggestions and advice and actually look at real royal yachts of the time period for inspiration, then all I can say is that this is FUBAR.
