Nice! That's what I call "To be protected".

She would be CL with six-inch guns. Also, there is lack of medium AA that was not reflected in US CLs of the period.

As always, I would look to similar designs of the era to compare if your armor belt is too large or too small. The belt on the Clevelands was pretty small (take a look. Light cruisers are not meant to stand in the battle line and take punishment.

Your foremast radar arrangement is peculiar to say the least and I can't see the USN designing something like it. Better to place the SG surface search set on a small foretopmast above the SK. Its current placement would mean there would be a large cut-out aft in the radar plot where the radio waves have trouble penetrating the large SK set right behind it. Keep in mind that these are very, very crude radar sets when compared with modern equipment which likely would not lose too much resolution.

The unbalanced layout of the 5" guns bothers me. It just doesn't make sense and would probably affect how the ship rolls etc. No other designs are asymmetric like this.

I took a stab at fixing/adding a few things and noted them down. If you incorporate these changes, draw them yourself and do not copy paste my work.

Edited.

Other than Colo suggestions, I have also moved one 5" gun a bit back and added some more bofors guns in it's place.
