I'm in a rush right now, so I'll make a proper comment later, but for now know that [IMG] tags are your friend.

First of all you really should cut away some of all that whitespace.
Four key questions you need to ask yourself
*What is the mission?
What is the ship supposed to do? Survey work, mine sweeping, patrol work, etc. No need for a specific title, but a general description would be nice. A few words on the most likely opponents would be super useful as well.
*What is the time frame?
Pretty self explanatory. When is the ship supposed to have been built?
*What is the budget?
We're not looking for a specific dollar amount here, but rather a general idea. Do we have to scrounge for second hand weaponry or can we buy new? Top of the line or middle of the road or dubious Iranian imports?
*Are there any special limitations?
Are there any depth restrictions or treaties it needs to conform to? Is your AU nation religiously opposed to missiles, is it a legal requirement to carry a specimen of the national plant, which unfortunately happens to be a large tree, on board and so on.
