Great drawing.

When Asagiri is commissioned as an aircraft carrier, she closely resembles the Jean Bart in operating characteristics as described. Too slow for wind over deck operations for anything of an attack aircraft post 1925. She will need a good catapult. At least 20 meters long if it is a drum and yoke type for aircraft close to 2,500 kilograms with stall speeds of 30-35 m/s.. Planes, such as the Nakajima A1N fighter or Boeing F4B of that era, can still take off from such a slow carrier, but burdened torpedo bombers such as the Martin T4M or the Mitsubishi T2M will plunge off the bow without an assist. Dive bombers? Might have to restrict the loads to 250 kgs of bombs?
