Originally developt as a strategic bomber of the RAF V-force. When the Victor was withdrawn from bombercommand an converted to tankers The RSwN FAA bouhgt a number and converted them to MPAs. They entered Swedish service as SH77 in 1976.

Always a big fan of the Victor. Adding a MAD boom doesn't detract from its curvy lines. |

As we know Sweden boyght the license for the troublesom Westland Whirlwind fighter and fixed its problems.
