APDAF, please pay attention, Carthaginian already addressed this.

Any window is a structural weak point in addition to being a potential atmospheric leak hazard.

APDAF if you continue to not listen when people say things I will lock this thread.

The windows are a potential hazard.
They weaken the hull and have the potential to leak. They are completely unnecessary for this kind of application; they add in greater potential hazard than the possibly add benefits to the design. They are potential suicide holes that place your crew at risk- only a very poor engineer would include something like that.

I think you need the look at the scale bar again.
I think YOU, 'Sir' need to do some math. Your current design would accomplish little other than making it's occupants violently ill.

Amount of gravity produced r/t deck size/RPM:
[ img ]

RPM necessary gravity specified:
[ img ]

g = Decimal fraction of Earth gravity
R = Radius from center of rotation in meters
\pi\ = approx 3.14159
rpm = revolutions per minute

Do the math and report back to me whether or not you have actually created a tenable design.
When you present some proof, we will talk about whether or not I am looking at something wrong.

You used a calculator to solve a formula...

I'm sorry I just find this so comical that you used a basic mathematical instrument to attempt to solve the given formula, I mean come on now, seriously?

It is a scientific calculator not a normal one.

I know, but it still doesn't cut it.

The Equation that you need is the following:

(30/Ο€)*(((Radius)/(9.81*(Gravity_Fraction)))^(.5)) = RPM

Solve that and get back to us.
