That's what happens when you get lazy :lol: I've left the shipbucket style shadows in but I do agree with you that it would look better with more shading, I'll have a look at it tomorrow and see what I can do.

Its nice work Rowdy, a pleasant looking light cruiser, ready to offload the crew for furlough at the home port.

I have tried putting ships against real life backgrounds but they always seem to end up looking like cartoons.

Very nitpick, but shouldn't the ship have her colours and jack raised if she is at anchor? At least that is the tradition in the RNoN...

Perhaps, I have very little maritime background so I wouldn't know. I'm doing a bit of research on it now so I'll hopefully have a revision posted soon.

EDIT: Hopefully I've fixed the flag issue?
