Good afternoon:
A classic postwar SMG, the reliable and well liked Carl Gustav M1945.

Also coming the "american cousin" and the "peruvian nephew" of this SMG. Cheers!

Here's another obscure old rifle from the turn of the century, the Cei-Rigotti rifle. Developed in 1900, this semi-automatic rifle is surprisingly sensible, ergonomic and soundly designed in a time period where most semi-automatic designs were exceedingly complicated, convoluted contraptions. The gas piston operating system and rotating bolt are strongly reminiscent of the M1 Garand rifle some forty years later, and despite often being cited as chambered in 6.5mm Carcano, all surviving Cei-Rigotti rifles are fitted for 7.65mmx53 Mauser.

Excellent addition!
I was planning to draw it , as wish to use it as standard service rifle of my alternate universe Cretan Republic.
You spared me the effortt........................... :D

Good afternoon:
The american clone of the Carl Gustav, Smith & Wesson M76.
[ img ]
After the swedish ban to the M45 to USA (involved in SE Asia), the well known small arms makers Smith & Wesson produced a very similar smg, called M76, but in 1968, the USN SEAL teams didn´t need the gun, so the guns already done (in limited quantities), were placed in the civilian and police market. Cheers.

PS: I don´t know if it was a good idea drawing the S&W logo close to the mag housing.
