Here is the complete series of trains operated by Regia Marina during WW2 as coastal and AA defence.
The first number refers to the main gun caliber, the n is a sequential number and the last letter refers to the command base (S fpr La Spezia and T for Taranto). Small details could/should be added in future (like a different locomotive model and a different command wagon with AA aerophones).

here is something from WW1: due to the war the build of BB Cristoforo Colombo was stopped and 10 381/40 guns were "available".
Two of the were used for the Monitor "Faà di Bruno", one was kept for spare and 7 were installed on train.
The convoy were quite simple: the wagon with the gun, a wagon for the ammunitions and a wagon as jobshop.

I confirm 7 trains and (?) 8 ammunition wagons built by Ansaldo and the La Spezia arsenal.

By the way the armed/armoured trains are a quite intersting argument.
From the beginning of the "railway" era comes out the idea to carry artilleries faster than with horses. The first experiments were done in US during the civil war but the wagon (and mainly the rails) didn't sustained the stress of the firing gun.
Later guns and armed people were used on modified trains in colonies.
At the end of the XIX century comes out 3 main applications: heavy artilleries (used until WW2), armoured trains (mainly used until the end of WW1) and finally trains carrying medium naval guns as coastal defence and AA.
So first drawings refers to the last category while the 381/40 is an example of heavy artillery. Italy used also guns from France during WW1 against Austro-Hungarians and bombed them from sea using monitors(barges) like Faà di Bruno.
I do not have (yet) enough details for the French made guns: the next drawings will be the WW1 configurations and later the light armoured wagons used during WW2 in the Balcans to patrol railways.
But soon I'll post some ships... :D

Both armoured and heavy art' trains were used in WWII

For example Polish armoured train Danuta from 1939.

Finnish armored train during the Winter War in 1939-1940.

Yes, Rhade, you are right!
When I wrote my answer I was thinking only to the Italian trains.
I'll complete the Italian versions asap and then back to ice(-breakers)
