Seems that the recent heat wave maneged to fry my brain for good because I've ended up drawing her:

At this point one might argue "Why her and not the Excelsior or 1701-B?". Well, this pretty much sums it all:

More than that, she is possibly the longest-serving guest ship of the entire Trek universe, with a plethora of appearances ranging from the first TNG episode back in 1987 to the infamous 10th movie Nemesis in 2002. In-between, she ferried Admirals, blockaded Romulans and took part in a two-year war that claimed many of her sisters and countless younger, more advanced vessels. Before that, she was Riker's assignment before he joined 1701-D crew.
Surely a ship that deserves some recognition :)

Just to assure you all, i have no plan whatsoever to draw any other starship from the Star Trek universe, otherwise I'll go crazy :P (and moreover, my Koko AU and the IJN real design should have priority over everything else, I just need to convince myself of that too  )

Karle has drawn both Connies (or technically, all three taking into account alternate universes..), and they can be found somewhere here o Shipbucket.
As for other ships, as much as I'd like to draw an Akira, a Miranda or an Oberth, I've already stated that the Hood will be my only attempt at a Star Trek ship :)

BB1987, what scale did you use? Because, if she is SB scale, she can go into AU, but if I'm wrong Golly will correct me.

Epic work, and she looks fantastic!
