I'll lay down the foundation for the purpose of this thread, which I'm sure some of you can infer from the title. We have a bullet caliber index now, but it *may not be circulating on the forum while it is circulating on the Discord. And while I was redoing Colombus' version of the index, I thought it would be handy to give it it's own thread for reference.
Other members of the community are welcome to iterate their AU/RL designs in here and/or improve current designs.
For new members: be aware that while some creations are not 100% accurate to their RL counterparts (7.62x54mmR comes to mind), we simply kept them that way as a compromise to having it look clean. Due to the limitations that the GB scale puts on the creation of these calibers, it is better to draw an easier-to-look-at iteration than make a 100% accurate iteration that may contradict Shipbucket pixel-drawing guidelines.
One rule I will lay down for everyone for aesthetic's sake: make sure that when you add a new caliber into the index chart, you give each cartridge a 5 pixel space from each other.
