I do actually draw my own when necessary, the one on Diomede is mine, the one for Sabre, etc etc. |

I didn't meant it as an insult. In all fairness, I've only had a cursory look at those drawings, due to lack of time. But you, kind of bring home my point: if you want the correct - and in a historical context appropriate CoA, then you should do it yourself! Having seen some of your work, I'm fully convinced it won't be such a big challenge for you! |

The official post 1919 badge for Black Prince has already been drawn. http://www.shipbucket.com/images.php?dir=Real Designs/Great Britain/CL 81 Black Prince 1943.png And there is indeed an unofficial badge with the Prince of Wales feathers here. http://empiretocommonwealth.webs.com/un ... dgespr.htm |

Not sure if I like the official 43+ Black Prince COA, the Prince in the COA is Grey and White, no black to be seen? Surely they could have done better than that. Putting my drawing where my mouth is. |

Exciting discussion I can't remember the story why he was called the Black Prince, but I remember though, it hasn't nothing to do with his armour |

At last I've now succeeded to restore page one on this British site. To make more space I've also made an appendix for badges for the vessels named with letter H as first letter in name (link: http://www.shipbucket.com/forums/viewto ... =22&t=5852 ) |

Two new badges added to Appendix A. The badges for the WWII destroyer and the newer one for the unfortunate Type 21 frigate which was sunk by the Argentinians in 1982 (The Falkland War). |
