I thought it was time to start an Official German Navy Parts Thread, I've spoken to DG_Alpha and he concurs. Rather than combining the Kaiserliche Marine, Reichsmarine and Kriegsmarine parts onto common sheets, we thought it would be best to keep them separate so that it would be easier for us to update the sheets and for a better overview.

When looking at the parts sheets, because the German Navy had these two drastic cuts, it gives an opportunity to sort the parts by era, especially since the equipment changed somewhat drastically. Of course there will be some overlaps, but it gives a better overview.

My sheets are the first two sheets, whilst the other eight are DG_Alpha's.

We welcome anyone who wishes to contribute, post here or pm DG_Alpha or me any relevant parts for us to add.

Enjoy

Best regards

Tempest

I am just blown away at what a "parts sheet" is these days. So much data, so much information, such incredible parts.

10/10

I totally agree with Erik_t (does not happen often) but these sheets are absolutely fantastic.

There is no way I could have done the Dual-Purpose Kriegsmarine without these parts sheets being available.

Excellent, nice to see all these comprehensive sheets finally in a thread of their own.

Hi,

nice idea to combine both German part-sheet threads.

This reminded me that I've got some new & updated parts, which weren't posted yet.
Maybe some of it can be added to the part-sheets:

[ img ]
- added 406 / 420mm C/34/40 in planned twin turret for H-class battleships.

[ img ]
- new version of 150mm C/25 in triple turret.
- new version of 105mm C/33 in C/38 twin turret.
- added 88mm C/32 in planned twin mount for M-Class cruisers.
- new version of 88mm C/13.

[ img ]
- added 7.92mm MG34 in twin mount (Zwillingssockel 36) for S-Boot.
- added 20mm Flak "Madsen" (Danish) in two different single mounts.

[ img ]
- added planned "Mini-Bobblehead" Rangefinders for H-Class battleships.
- corrected pixel error on FuMO 213 "Würzburg-D".
- new version of 10.5mm Rangefinder of CA Deutschland
- corrected error on front view of 1540mm searchlight.

[ img ]
- "deleted" 500mm triple (lacking sources - part very probably incorrect - doubtful if mounted on CA Deutschland)
- new version of 533mm quad w. cover.
- added 533mm quad without covered control stand (as mounted on CA Deutschland / planned for CL M-class)

[ img ]
- new version of FuMO-26 w. 6.6m x 3.2m mattress. (BB Tirpitz)

[ img ]
- added blank versions of Fw 62 V-1 & He-60
- corrected version of He-60 (removed pixels of "catapult sled")

Cheers!
maomatic

I forgot to say thank you to erik_t, Krakatoa and Hood for their praise last week, even though the greatest input is from DG_Alpha.

Thank you maomatic for those parts.

All the best

Tempest.
