A good "family" view, thanks.Two points : - The MPA/ASW version lacks an observation window for optical watch. - The planes body are, IMHO, too "slick" and need more vertical and horizontal chords. |

A good "family" view, thanks.Two points : - The MPA/ASW version lacks an observation window for optical watch. - The planes body are, IMHO, too "slick" and need more vertical and horizontal chords. I don't agree re: the body looking "too slick". A tenet of this style of drawing is to only show detail that could be seen if the aircraft was observed at a distance that made it appear the same size as the drawing. Most panel lines are not visible at this distance, especially on an airplane like the ERJ. Anyway, I've drawn the panel lines that are generally visible on the photos I've found, and I won't add more just for the sake of filling the space. I don't "make up" details on real plane drawings. |
