I have been looking at your organizations and the British rifle company thread however there is one thing I can't figure out. What does the 6/7 or in case of the British thread 0/12 mean, that in advance

I believe "0" refers to the number of Commissioned Officers and "12" relates to the number of enlisted men.

You were correct. To explain what I meant. When looking at the British mechanized organisations they show a (1/32) or similar construction next to each platoon or element. When I looked at your organizations they showed something like Soviet Union Motor Co (6/7) I thought they were similar in purpose, just realized they are not, or at least with the help of Adenandy, thank you Adenandy
