BEAUTIFUL work Black Buck I find the smaller, often overlooked, hard working shunter's, just as appealing as the larger BR locomotives. Nice work. I can't wait to see more |

The D78 Stock of the London Underground's District Line As delivered in 1980: In the late 1990's, canvas barriers were added between the cars for added safety at platform level: From 2004-2008, the fleet of D78 stock was overhauled, including a refurbished interior, applying the new Underground paint scheme, and the removal of now redundant door buttons: These trains have now been replaced by the new S stock, the last D78 Stock train having run in regular operation in April of 2017. |
