Hey guys, Iv'e been on a break for a short while and my progress with the Kongos and Yamatos has slowed. I am here to show you why that is. Our dear friend Alvama is the trailblazer who first brought about the awe of FD ships. His drawings are what inspired this. I wanted this to be a suprise when I finished it, but that will take too long. This one started as a far fetched idea that is now developing, though it WILL take a significant amount of time to complete. I present to you, the source of headache.

FD YAMATO 1945 Spoiler!!

What is shown here are the parts that have the most development. Things are subject to change.

The problem with this idea is that without something like a builder's plan and lots of high resolution images, there is going to be a fair amount of guess work. :?

Hence why I am calling it the headache. Im trying to find every image of detail, especially on the 1/10th model to get the best possible rendition.

Do you have access to a copy of Skulski's Anatomy of the Ship volume about Yamato?
