officially it isn't, because otherwise there had been problems to export it to countries, which were actors in armed conficts. Inofficially it is combat-capable and was used be several armed forces in combat in Burma, Mexico, Angola, Chad and so on. |

It can be armed with gun pods, rockets, and bombs, yes. |
