Slovetinia, as a nation, was a latecomer to military aircraft development. In 1912, the Slovetinian Army purchased 2 Short S.27 biplanes from the United Kingdom for testing. They would be assigned to the reconnaissance branch of the SKH and labeled a mere curiosity.

Coming soon

In 1914, however, that view would change. The first year of the Great War showed the usefulness of aircraft in recon and bombing roles, and the Slovetinian government set to work procuring more aircraft. 10 AirCo DH.1s were purchased in mid 1915, being delivered late that year. Slovetinia was drawn into the war in October of 1915 and arms production increased, including development of domestic aircraft.

By 1916, the Königlich Slovetinisches Flugzeugwerk's progress on development had stagnated, and they requested plans for the Sopwith Pup as well as a single example from the UK. Sopwith obliged, and by August the KSF had taken delivery and begun reverse-engineering the aircraft for domestic production. In one of the quickest development times ever, the KSF designed and built two prototypes of the KSF Geier, Slovetinia's first domestic fighter aircraft. They were rushed into production, with deliveries beginning in late November of the same year.

I was originally planning to post FD Scale stuff here in chronological order, but I don't yet have all of the 1920s and 30s aircraft done so I figured I'd post a few things out of order that I do have done to keep the thread alive. I will be posting the Interwar Aircraft soon, but here's something to fill the gap.
