Thanks for all the kind words! :D

@Hood
It seems that Peruvian P-36 might have carried also some more paint schemes, originally coming from Norwegian order (and so initially they were painted in greenish color), but were refurbished before delivery (so possibly could be repainted in US olive drab over neutral grey), and indeed I encountered mention about being painted blue, but eventually decided to "play it safe" and stick to just one version in silver/natural metal color.

Hi, Hood and Eswube.

In fact, the only pictures that I know of the peruvian P-36 were in natural metal finish. So I will wait eagerly for a green or blue version :D ;) .

@Reytuerto
In fact, the only photograps I saw of the peruvian P-36's were indeed in silver/natural metal finish. That's why there are no green or blue versions, unless You will do them. ;)

Simply breath-taking series; great job eswube! There are a lot of research behind these.
(by the way: in Finnish Air Force it was given a nickname "Sussu" meaning ~ "Sweetheart") :)

Amazing work Eswube.

Only query that came to mind was that all of the British / Commonwealth aircraft are all marked as 'Warhawk' when the British named them 'Kittyhawks'?

the hours put into this are mindblowing. Both in Painting and reasearch. But what a display!

Thanks! You're all too kind. :oops:

@Krakatoa
"P-40 Warhawk" was the designation used by primary operator (USA) and so I kept it in the "main caption" in the top-right corner as a matter of utility (read: less work with changing it :lol: ), while the "small captions" related to individual aircraft have all the appropriate RAF name: Tomahawk or Kittyhawk.
