My all time favorite was HMS Scylla (the Dido class cruiser), but also the French Algerie (the cruiser), so it is hard to decide.
I just wonder as for the reason for this question?
Flagship name is of course Vrijstaat

Real ships? USS Lexington or USS Constitution.

Fictional ships? The Komitadji from Timothy Zahn's Angelmass.
