I'm (more or less) sober, having cooked yesterday, and soon again today. It might be fun to list our presents. I don't mind being the first ;)

3 Bottles of Scotch (1 really decent 2 so-so)
Linisfarne, The Charisma Years 70-73 (their first five albums)....Bliss :D
The Complete Idiots Guide to Writing Poetry (Nikki Moustaki)
A Poetry Handbook (Mary Oliver)
English Springer Spaniel 2012 calender
A perverts walking stick (has small mirror on its base)....don't ask
New pair of oven gloves (I seriously burnt my finger on the old ones - a bit squiffy at the time).
A worryingly large number of bottles of wine from clients (is it that obvious?)
A Terry's chocolate orange (if I don't get this I sulk)

Let's see.
A new pack pack (Seriously needed, the old one was beginning to fall apart)
A new pair of shoes (Same as above)
Two lamps
A pair of woollen slippers
A Decanter
Half a litre of redcurrant juice (The aforementioned aunty present)
and a book I'm probably never going to read.

Also, while it's technically not a Christmas present, I bought a copy of Danske Orlogsskibe 1690-1860 for £6 at a local garage sale. This thing usually goes for between £130-£230 depending on condition. The one I found didn't look like it had ever been opened!
