Allrigth, since this is indeed quite unsolvable nut, I congratulate myself and revial the the answer: She was Korsholm II, a Depot/HQ ship of Finnish navy from 1962-1968, The ship itself dated from 1898 and spend her eldery days in rather quiet life as HQ vessel, but time of her withdrawal, she begun to be way too old.

Lets see if she is bit easier:
