This is one of the Iranian (Persian) patrol ships of Charogh (sometimes spelled "Shahrokh") class. Cant tell which one though. Also it might be during their service in Indian navy between 1941 and 1946. Close enough? ;)

It looks like SMS Emden, maybe under repair because one of the funnels are missing.
