Only a fairly small number of APDs saw foreign service after the war so it wasn't hard to find.

It's a Wilkes/Clemson-class four-stacker with a single funnel and armaments that I would guess are either British (lend-lease) or German (captured). Other than that I don't know but those should be enough clues for the next person to guess.

As Gordo said it's the Danish Krieger class torpedo boat Hammer and believe it or not they were actually built post war.
