After 103 years, the final resting place of HMAS AE1 has been found. She was found in approximately 300m/1000ft of water off the Duke of York Islands, relatively intact, seemingly upright and in one piece. One that RV Petrel didn't find!

So we now have closure for the families of those men lost aboard, lest we forget.
