I have found the installer for winXP paint. that means that you can install it and use it as an ordinry paint and save you'r documents as PNG in this one, and don't have to use other prorgams as Photoshop, gimp, Windows paint to save it to correct file type.

MsPaint is a god tool for beginner.
Windows 7 Paint: Little more experience painter.
PaintNET: Getting good at it
PhotoShop: you are Good.
Gimp: If you wan't you can do this!

I use to use just gimp but lately I use a mix of gimp and photoshop for my drawings depending on what stage of the drawing I am up to.
