There are 2 major options to upload drawings onto Shipbucket, Imageshack and Photobucket. This is the tutorial for use of Imageshack.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, WHEN YOU SAVE YOUR DRAWING, BE SURE THAT IT IS IN .PNG OR .GIF, NOT .JPEG OR .TIFF
First, go to imageshack.us. You will encounter a screen that looks like the image blow. You need to login or register.

After logging in, set your upload settings to "Optimise without resizing".
Image
Now is the time to select your image. Click "Browse", and select your drawing.
Image
Now, click upload.
Image
Uploading will take a few seconds depending on your connection speed and the size of your drawing. When uploading is completed, you will see this screen. Click "View full size".
Image
Select the text in your IP box, right click it, and select copy.
Image
Now you are ready to post your drawing. Go to Shipbucket and begin your post. Add a description if you wish, then, on a new line, paste the url of your drawing. Now select it, and click on the "Img" tool above the text box.

Submit your post,

And, ding! There's you drawing.

If you would pull everything into one post that would be great. I'd also trim down the screenshots as much as you can, both the reduce bandwidth issues, and to make it easier to follow.

That said, I've pinned the topic
