hi, i have some sources for the Kitakami and Ooi as kaiten carriers and torpedo cruisers, i can send them to you if you want.
i also suggest you to use (with proper crediting of course) the already existing drawing of the kuma class cruisers done by whyme as basis, as both kitakami and ooi where of the same class.
If you dont mind BB1987 id love it if you sent them to me, cant wait to start on them

Imperialist, I do advice you to look on the mainsite and search the forums(there is a search engine for the latter) before you add any ships to your worklist. It will make things easier, both for you, and for us. :)

Also, welcome to the 'bucket. :)

Welcome Imperialist. :)

I'm moving this topic into General Discussion; that way it will be alongside similar ones, and folk can better respond.

On the subject of worklists; my own practice now is to only show the actual ships I'm working on in my signature, that way other members can at least see what may be emerging, and, hopefully, they will allow me to continue without competition, but as Mihoshik points out, I don't own any ships :)

We "own" the ships we have drawn ;) Nothing more.
That said, I shall just generally warn everyone that if worklists keeps cousing drama and bad blood, there will be nomore worklists.
All worklists and the worklists are unoffical ones, the staff here does not monitor nor controll them. first drawn gets first served policy is always on hand, thought the main purpose the worklists is politely avoid clash of big artisical egoes to wreck havoc on our pages. A past has shown that ship claims has always been the worst source of trouple in here, but yet no worklist has managed to avoid them completely.

I suggest to all members that:
1) make worklists of stuff only you know you can in 99% certainity to deliver. Back when Alavama (for example) was on huge speed, worklist was good way to keep track on him and his intentions. Currently BB1987 seems to enjoy similar spreed of creativity... in my rough opinion, only people of this level of productivity needs/should have worklist. Once I myself slowed down, I scrapped my worklist completely.
2) don't hog stuff to your claims just to make you look cool and productive and then fail to do even the first one of the list.
3) If you have not yet even drawn anything, not to mention get them accepted for uploading, don't hurry with the worklists, focus more on the actuall matter - drawing itself. No one's first post should be his worklist, lets try with actual shipdrawings first.

I especially look forward to seeing the two versions of Kitakami on the board; I will add them to the official list as 'someone plans to do them'. And welcome aboard!

I know I'm resurrecting a really old thread...but I went back and partially updated my work list in the first post. Will add more to the list tomorrow maybe, and I also need to find the time to put my drawings in templates :?
