Lovely Barracuda.

But the Iron Cross is on the wrong wing.

Auster was a small British liaison and observation aircraft adapted from civilian sports plane in 1942 and produced - in more and more modified variants - until early 1960s.

Great recent additions eswube, I particularly like the Airspeed aircraft and Avro Ansons :)

Wow! Great work WhyMe! I didn't even know about that plane.

And here's something from me - another by-product of the Polish Wings thread:

One of the best-known twin-engine fighters of WW2, plane that doesn't need much introduction - Bristol Beaufighter. :)

Many thanks to Rowdy36 for His earlier work on this plane.

Eswube,
The Austers are fab and the Beaufighter series is just awesome.

WhyMe,
Great work on the Shrimp, one of the lesser known aircraft of that period.
For folks who have never heard of it, it was a scaled prototype for the Short Shetland flyingboat (following on from Shorts scale-prototype of the Stirling).
