Really great work indiajuliet. Some nice colour schemes and the 787s are very inspired work.

Thanks for your kind words everyone, but credit to eswube for his great 787 drawing.

Something like this? ;)

I wanted to try to produce the tail livery as BA do with a series of dots rather than different shades of a colour. See here if you don't know what I'm talking about! I'm not completely happy with it so I may update it later if I can get it looking better. The further away from the screen you are, the better it seems to look.
I'm hoping to fly on one (next year maybe), but she certainly looks beautiful parked on the apron at Heathrow!

As a bonus, and a welcome distraction from the university work I should be doing, some British Airways retro 787's.

Beautiful job on those BA 787s, IJ.

The middle one is the livery I like most. Well done IJ!

:o PURRRRFECT  :!:

.... And Jolly WELL DONE to :!:

Thank you :D

Personally, I LOVE the tail livery with the series of dots, but they're ALL REALLY GOOD IJ :!: :D

 Now arguably, as the worlds "Largest and most popular Airline", wouldn't it be grrrreat to see their entire fleet, all liveried up in one or t'other, demonstrated on here (one pic of each aircraft type, NOT every aircraft) :?: :? ;)

..... Just a thought :?:

:P

Great work!

Any chance of a BOAC version for a super-retro touch?

Thanks all!

Of course...

I've chosen to use the older (and in my opinion, nicer and more elegant) BOAC livery seen on early Comets and VC-10's, rather than the later livery (eg. on 747's) with large BOAC titles near the nose.

And if I'm doing BOAC, I should do BEA at the same time...

It certainly would be nice to see, but don't give me ideas! I don't think I can do every aircraft in the fleet but I might have a go at putting British Airways livery on Garlicdesign's Airbus A380 and the Boeing 747 finished by eswube.
I don't know about BA being the largest and most popular airline though? I think American Airlines is the largest after merging with US Airways.

I might try drawing the 757 variants if no one has any plans to do so? I don't know if that's one on your to do list, eswube?
