It does have shading, though.

To make it quick (so without going into details): it's crude in shapes, underdetailed, shading is inconsistent (and shading below wings and horizontal stabilizer is completely missing), wires etc. by convention are darker than the background (with some practical exceptions, but generally they are dark grey, not white-ish), propellers should be 3-pixels thick at least for the most of the blade's length (since we're avoiding using 2-pixel thick lines) and oh boy... those square-ish wheels will give it a very bumpy ride on a runway.

Tomorrow I'll try to elaborate more (assuming I will have time).

Not really
Well, to save Eswube some work, I'll lay down some obvious things I noticed:
1) Lots of grey spots where black outlining should be.
2) Shading needs work (there is none under the wings either).
3) Wheels should be more rounded.
4) Engines, cockpit, and wing/tail surfaces are very "plain", maybe add in some detailing/shading.
5) The type of shading you used is too close to one another where it is somewhat hard to see the difference.
6) Propellers shouldn't be simple straight lines, if you can't find a source with them, just leave them out.
7) Black lines are for 90 degree angles only
8) Smoother lines on the basic outline of the aircraft.

Did what I could just based off what you drew, other than that I have literally no idea what else to do because I can't tell what I'm looking at and I'm not familiar with this airplane.

If people are wondering, the aft most window is correct, though there is no seat there, that is instead area for cargo.
