Fantastic additions, esp. the Stalinets, which looks simply amazing!

Good morning. Very nice Stalinets tractors, Hudo (the future carriage of a soviet 203 howitzer? ;) ). And also a very well drawn Morris lorry, Pegasus, especially the well detailed 2 pounder gun.
I have a problem with a victorian field gun: the tractor (well, tractors, because there are 6 horses per gun). Darth Panda had a very nice set of FD war animals, but I don't know which is the correct size for the horse team. I think that a big horse is better, but I don't know if that is accurate. Thanks for your help!

@ retuerto uu have to use the bigger 15 hands horse as that was used bij horse artillery
And it was 6 horses to pull a 6 pounder 8 horses to pull a 9 pounder and 12 horses to pull a 12 pounder

Good evening from Istanbul Reytuerto!... ;) Initially, I mistook Stalinetzs for Caterpillar 60s in Turkish service in 1930s. However, since I had already started to work on them, I decided to finish. The former was an almost exact copy of the latter. So I will soon come up with a Cat 60 as well :D

As to my knowledge, horse breeds used for artillery were slightly different from country to country, as well as from one type of a gun to another. As a general rule of thumb, heavy duty horses were used to tow heavy artillery though.

Keep up with the good work!... :)

I suspect the artillery used whatever horses that were available in the area.
