Fantastic drawings, Nestin (as usual)!

This gun, and its stablemate of 120 mm were the first french guns with a recoil mechanism, a rather crude hydropneumatic recuperator and was designed by Captain Baquet, and adopted by the french army in 1890. The breech system was an scaled up de Bange system, the tube was also shared with de 155 C de Bange. While the 120 mm can fire from the wheeled carriage, the 155 C Mle 1890 "servante" (firing platform) must be anchored to the ground, and had a theorical arch of fire of 16 degrees. Both guns were obsolete in 1914, the range was painfully short, but even with the shortcommings and limitations they were desesperatelly used until 1916. Cheers.
