Koningin Regentes = Queen Emma van Waldeck-Pyrmont, wife of King William III. She was the regent after King William III die, because the Queen Wilhelmina was underage.

Dutch: ko - nin - gin-re - gen` tes de -woord (vrouwelijk) koningin-regentessen weduwe van een overleden koning die de regering waarneemt (bijv. tijdens de minderjarigheid van een troonopvolger)
English: ko - nin - re-gin - gen `tes de-word (female) Queen regentesses widow of a deceased king, the government perceives (eg, during the minority of an heir)"
