Huzzah! A much more versatile and IMHO nicer looking aircraft than either the Lancaster or Stirling. Will you be doing a Merlin engine example or any of the other major variants like the GR.V?

Thanks Eswube! I agree Blackbuck, the Halifax will always be my favourite RAF heavy :)
At this stage I'm planning on doing other versions, probably a GR.V, a B.I/II (with nose turret) and the Halton, but when I get them done depends on how much time I have...

DP, are you sure the F4U-4 is the correct length, I did the math and from what I have found is that it should be 4 pixels longer, 224 pixels for a 10.34 meter aircraft. Small fix hopefully. Working on the Earlier F4U-1 and F4U-1D

I will look in to it, if you want to do earlier F4U. I suggest you to do it from scratch.
the form of the aircraft is totally different.

I believe the Halifax starboard window is bigger then port side. because port side window has extra panzer to protect the pilot.

Hmmm thanks for that DP, I'll have to fix that and the other windows just below the cockpit - annoyingly most of the good pictures I could find were of the port side.
