Im creating a water taxi or a ferry that is small and im looking for ship bucket scale cars i can add for extra detail... Do they even go that small?

A small Honda will show up as a lump of pixels at this scale. There aren't any civilian Shipbucket-scale vehicles to my knowledge, largely because of this reason. Buses will be your best bet.
