One thing this thread proves is that the Soviets took more concerns over logistics than many analysts in the West gave them credit for.

All these are fairly recent and rational version of material that have evolved over time. Each of these machines existed on earlier carriers (ZIL-131, BTR-60, etc.) or trailers or fixed.
