I also adjoin the compliments here, Nice to see you getting better and better in every drawing.
Thougth, the ammount of directors is bit exessive, if compared to say, USN AA cruisers. The heavy directors adds lot of weigth at the top levels of the ship and could couse topweigth issues that would lead into unstability which would futher hamper their usefullness as stable gun platforms.

But thats only minor detail really

Thanks for all the comments guys, I think I change them all to the SPG-53 directors. I shall take and draw an additional chimney, it's more than enough room for it.

And, like I pointed out, why not consider a modified u/w aft hull form/float plane too? Can only improve your ship's performance!

i shall have a look at it.

I did not change the size of the chimney but I moved it a bit. can change it another time when I have a little more time.

Alright, much better looking, however, and this is critic; not criticism, I'd still suggest cutting some of that aft deadwood away, again much like the Italian designers would have done! But otherwise handsome looking vessel you've got there.

can you show me an example.

Well, cannot post right now, since I'm writing this on my phone. But, as for examples look either at the Swedish Tre Kronor class in the real design section or any other Italian designed cruisers at SB .
