Since I'm not currently confident in my ability to do a ship from scratch, I decided to try using Vossiej's Flight I/II drawing as a base for the Flight IIA for my first attempt.
From the photos I've looked at, all the Flight IIAs seem to have Mk 38 Mod 2 25mm Bushmasters in this location.
From everything I've read, USS Roosevelt (contrary to the old drawing) has the same 5"/54 gun as Oscar Austin, and it was actually USS Winston S. Churchill that was the first with the 5"/62.
I know
BB1987 already did this one and I'm guessing his was probably better, but I went ahead and did the Halsey too in case his got lost in the Majhost meltdown. Also the photos I've seen show that the aft CIWS has been restored on Halsey.
The newer Flight IIAs have the pedestal for the forward CIWS but nothing mounted there. Gravely seems to be the first in that configuration.
