I'm thinking of rearranging the funnels by moving one of them back, moving one torpedo rack in between them. Any objections?

Yes that actually makes sense, you could then have a unit layout for the machinery spaces turbine-boiler-turbine-boiler

After almost a month of inactivity, I've finally got around to posting the next incarnation of this destroyer. I've been working quite slowly, a bit then and another bit then. The final details have been added just tonight, mostly railings and such. Due to excessive tiredness I might have missed some details.
As you can see, it's been quite reworked. I neglected adding an aft mast, and simply placed the radio aerials with the after end at the top of the flagpole instead of the bottom. The funnel/torpedo rack placings has been re-arranged. The funnels are a new modell, a downscaled version of the currently-in-upgrading-Sverkre Grip and a soon(eventually) to be posted light cruiser. While being downscaled, they are slightly remodeled from the bigger version(s). The middle superstructure has been somewhat remade due to funnels and torpedo racks. The light AA is entirely reworked, with smaller caliber light AA than earlier.
Hope you'll like it :D

You're going to need that aft mast if you intend to do any long range communication. You're not going to be able to string out the type of multi strand aerials (Not the technical term) they used back them.
Also I would expect to see at least some form of "heavy" LAA ala the Swedish Bofors, the British two-pounder or the American 1.1in

Well... how should the mast look? I have honestly no idea, and I've had a hard time finding any examples here on SB.
About the Heavy LAA... I'm actually not entire sure. Those that she uses are supposed to be 0.98"/25mm, fairly close to the 1.1"/28mm that you used as example. Plus, I think it is possible that an early stage 'super destroyer' coul well use such light AA. For example, the Fubuki, if I remember correctly, the first 'super destroyer', of the same era, used 5"/127 mm main artillery, and a LAA suit of 0.51"/13 mm.
So I think it's fairly justified to keep the 25 mm.

Mmm I dont know if my english fail or your geography does it. (just a joke)

The Drake passage is the conextion between the Pacific and the Atlantic. Is famous for being the site of some of the roughest and most unforgiving waters of the world, also among the world’s coldest. Ist the south limit of my country.
